We are looking for a talent acquisition specialist/client development to assist the talent acquisition manager with recruiting and client development activities.


This position will provide support to our talent recruitment process and new client development.  This includes:

  • Maintaining the applicant tracking system,
  • Pre-screening resumes
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Calling references
  • Maintaining reports

Candidates must have a high degree of people skills, results-oriented, able to make decisions, and able to prioritize work per business needs.  Organization, and time management skills are necessary.  Desired skills include: teamwork, leadership, ability to maintain constructive relationships with personnel from various disciplines at all levels in the organization.  The successful candidate should demonstrate integrity, reliability, dedication, adaptability, innovation, and self-motivation.


  • Recent college grad or some college work strongly preferred
  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Computer experience a must – iCIMS software preferred
  • Online networking abilities – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
  • Strong communication skills– telephone etiquette; ability to easily converse with diverse candidates and prospective clients
  • Strong administrative skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to develop, organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Exceptional work ethic and service orientation
