    Compliance Team has a challenging opportunity for an enthusiastic Recruiting Associate to join our company and help grow our team by connecting with high-quality professionals whose skills and values mirror our company mindset. The successful candidate will demonstrate reliability, dedication, flexibility, and a desire to build strong relationships.


    • Manage full-cycle recruiting process including posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and candidate submission
    • Leverage online recruiting resources and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify, tag, track and recruit the best talent
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of superior talent for internal and external career and contract employment opportunities
    • Deliver qualified candidates within the target compensation range
    • Prepare weekly recruiting activity summary reports
    • Coordinate and lead weekly videoconference status update meetings with Compliance Team management
    • Communicate with CTI clients to discuss position description / requirements and for candidate submissions
    • Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support efficient business operation, including management and execution of the resume revision process for identifying top talent solutions for our clients.



    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a similar role required
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, identify priorities, and work independently
    • Must possess superior communication skills, especially the ability to converse with candidates and prospective clients with diverse backgrounds over the phone
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
    • Ability to manage client and applicant relationships and work efficiently with hiring managers
    • Must be service oriented; previous experience working in a professional consulting firm is a plus

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical device industries
    • Experience recruiting technical professionals with Engineering or Life Sciences degrees
    • Experience with recruiting on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
